About Us

In May 2013, following a long and successful career as a surgeon and entrepreneur, Marc Grossman co-founded PriceMDs.com and currently serves as Chairman and CEO. He is a graduate of Albert Einstein School of Medicine ’75, and a fellow at the American College of Surgery, where he earned his board certification. Dr. Grossman went on to practice medicine through 2007. Additionally, he has owned and operated a hospital. Dr. Grossman co-founded a now publicly traded company for delivery of biologic materials.

Dante Panella currently serves as PriceMDs' Head of Business Development. Prior to that, Mr. Panella was a Private Equity Investor for the last decade. He was the CEO of a publicly traded Cryogenic company NASDAQ/Russell 3000 “CYRX” that supplies cryogenic shippers to FedEx, DHL & UPS. Mr. Panella also served as an SVP with Morgan Stanley, VP with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Panella attended Penn State University, graduating in Business Logistics.

Max Grossman is a graduate of The George Washington University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2015. Max played hockey for GWU in the ACCHL as part of the second division of the ACHA. After getting his bachelor’s degree Max worked for a recruiting firm and then moved into the property management field working for JBG/Vornado. Max was recruited to work for PriceMDs in January 2018 and is now heading the Analytics Department and working in the Pharmaceutical Division. Max also functions as the company Comptroller.

Nicholas Tsolakakis was the Owner and CEO of PRS, Inc. in the direct response industry and participated in the production process of several multi-million-dollar DRTV campaigns for a wide range of consumer products. He worked closely with industry giants such as Orange Glo International, Emson, Reliant Intl, Ingenious Designs and with senior level management & supply chain teams of national retail chains. Mr. Tsolakakis attended the European University International Business School in 1993, with a double major in finance and marketing and he currently serves as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Supply Chain. He joined PriceMDs.com in June of 2013.

Caitlin Quinn serves as Chief Nursing Executive at PriceMDs, managing a team of 7 dedicated Nurse Navigators. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University, and a master's in nursing administration and leadership from Stony Brook University, where she focused on the implementation of a Code Lavender team to provide holistic rapid response to emotionally stressful events for staff. Prior to PriceMDs, Caitlin worked as a Senior RN on a level III NICU in New York City.

Jennifer Satorius is a business professional specializing in accounting and finance. For the last 10 years she has worked with various start-up companies conducting business both domestic and international. Her experience includes forecasting, financial modeling, business development, M&A, investor relations, financial, analytical and performance reporting, risk management, commercial agreements, policy and procedure development and more.

Kathy Winston was born in Indianapolis, IN, grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, has also lived in Ohio and Arkansas and now resides in Florida. Her career began in aviation where she received a pilot’s license and became an owner of a private airport. Kathy’s next profession was a monster truck driver where she competed in racing and freestyle all over the U.S, Canada and Europe. Kathy then took a position at American Greetings where she achieved the position of assistant manager. Currently Kathy is V.P. of Client Services with PriceMDs focusing on helping others save on their healthcare cost. Her education consists of an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Akron Academy, B.A.S. in Business Management and Human Resource from Arkansas State, and M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

Todd Pline is the Head of Sales for PriceMDs and is a leading strategist and innovator in the Health & Benefits Industry. His deep market insight and experience over 25 years has resulted in some of the most effective and efficient strategies, products and distribution models in the industry, including a U.S Patent Application filed by Aetna, Inc (CVS Caremark, Inc.). Before joining PriceMDs as a Senior Sales Consultant, he served as VP of Strategic Alliances at Allstate Benefits where he used his extensive experience and expertise to solve difficult cost and competitive related issues for brokers, consultants and employers. It’s this experience and desire to help others solve difficult business challenges that brought him to PriceMDs. Mr. Pline is a purpose driven individual who finds great joy and happiness helping others, and he freely gives the many gifts he has been given by those who have invested in him. He lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife of 30 years and they are blessed with a healthy adult daughter.

Andrea, originally from Quito, Ecuador and a graduate of U.S.F.Q in Interior Design, relocated to Charleston, SC in 2015 where she worked as a Commercial Insurance Producer licensed in South Carolina. She has been in the Tampa Bay area since 2019. Andrea is an avid adventurer, and you can usually find her paddle boarding somewhere on the coastal waterways.

Anne Leischner is a seasoned business professional with a strong background in healthcare consulting, specializing in helping clients navigate and manage rising healthcare costs. A proud graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Anne holds a degree in business and brings both strategic insight and compassionate service to her work. Born and raised in central Illinois, Anne is deeply committed to her community. She actively volunteers at her local animal shelter and food bank, reflecting her passion for service and advocacy. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Anne enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children—Hallie, Paige, and Cole. Anne’s blend of industry expertise, community involvement, and family values makes her a trusted advisor and a dedicated contributor to every endeavor she undertakes.

Ashlee brings over a decade of experience managing medical offices, where she specialized in financial advising, contract management, and medical billing & coding. Grounded in values that prioritize collaboration, proactive adaptation to change, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of excellence, Ashlee seamlessly integrates professionalism with an entrepreneurial spirit. Outside her professional realm, she runs a successful small business from home, showcasing her unique crafts and aptitude for gardening. A Massachusetts native, Ashlee has called Florida home for 24 years. In her personal time, she cares for her teenaged son, three cats, and numerous aquatic creatures.

Bolade is an accountant at PriceMDs, bringing a fresh perspective from his experience across different industries and roles, including real estate, public transportation and professional services. His diverse background makes him adaptable, resourceful, and always ready to tackle something new. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him unwinding with a game of ping pong or aiming for a casual shot at the pool table—always in it for the fun and good company.

Carlene Stenson is a Client Services Account Manager. She has a B.S. from University of South Florida in Exceptional Student Education where she also played soccer. She has been an educator, athletic director, soccer coach, and currently holds an active real estate license. Carlene is proud of her sons continuing their higher education and can’t wait to visit them at FSU and USF in her free time.

Fortune was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She most recently worked as a lead paralegal at an insurance law firm, where she meticulously managed client documentation, communicated with essential stakeholders, and facilitated the training of paralegal staff. Before this, Fortune contributed her skills as an administrative assistant within a pharmaceutical company, adeptly coordinating communications between clients and sales representatives and overseeing pharmaceutical orders and shipments. Outside of her professional endeavors, Fortune finds great joy in culinary pursuits.

Jeff Phipps is born and raised in Tampa Florida with degrees in Operations Management Technology and Business Administration. With more than 20 years of experience Jeff has proven success in the areas of project management client success and systems implementation. He enjoys helping clients on their path to success and having the sense of accomplishment by doing so. Jeff loves to laugh and his hobbies include exercising and riding on two wheels.

Born and raised in New York City, Jose Santos has always been driven by the energy and complexity of systems—both human and technological. He earned his degree in IT Management from New York University (NYU) in 2018, where he developed a strong foundation in technology, business strategy, and cybersecurity.
With more than 23 years of experience in the IT industry and a strong background in security and management, Jose has built a career helping businesses design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. He specializes in protecting data and infrastructure while driving growth through digital transformation. Known for leading with clarity and purpose, Jose is passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering technology that empowers organizations to succeed.

Kissner McRoy is a Senior Care Coordinator at PriceMDs. She graduated Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in Television Post-Production and a MA from University of South Florida St. Petersburg in Digital Journalism and Design. Currently as a Senior Care Coordinator at PriceMDs Kissner is responsible for obtaining member diagnosis from clients and negotiating bundled prices.

Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Maria Sergesketter values family above all else. She is blessed with a loving husband, four beautiful daughters, and two growing grandchildren. Over the past 20 years, Maria has worked with a variety of companies focused on delivering exceptional customer service. She enjoys proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing support that helps achieve a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

Melqui has been a Tampa resident for most of her life, migrating from Cuba with her family as a young child. She has 15 years of Sales and Account Management experience. For the past six years, she has worked within the large-market healthcare system space specializing in software and Digital Point of Care Marketing solutions to improve efficiencies and communication. She is bi-lingual (Spanish & English) and enjoys spending time with her large family, reading, volunteering, and being out in nature.

Natalie was born and raised in Northern California while spending summers in Hawaii. She has over 29 years of customer service and executive administrative experience with a high-volume, fast-paced, specialty company in the retail sector. Over the years, Natalie has been the recipient of several Outstanding Performance Awards and Customer Service All Star Awards for providing impeccable customer care and support as well as for demonstrating leadership in administrative structure and organization. Natalie is an avid sports fan who enjoys cooking and emerging herself in the cultures she grew up in. She loves to spend time with her husband traveling and creating new memories with her large family, while supporting the causes she holds dear to her heart.

Born and raised in Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia) Pavla moved to Florida 20 years ago and started from the ground up. She went to the University of Tampa and the University of South Florida to pursue a degree in Management Information Systems. For many years she worked in business operations to sharpen her skills and knowledge. In her free time, she loves biking and gardening. She is an avid book reader and enthusiastic culinary alchemist. She is a huge animal lover, and she also volunteers as Guardian ad Litem representing the most vulnerable children and works their best interests.

Payton Panella’s current position is Care Coordinator & Administrative Assistant with PriceMDs. Over the years, Payton has contributed in various areas within PriceMDs, mainly with our Surgical Cost Containment solution. Payton is a Dean’s List graduate of Berkley Preparatory and holds a BA Degree in Political Science & Government from Loyola University Chicago.

Rebekah was born and raised in Southern California. She most recently worked as a Lead Medical Biller for a surgical group, where she managed all administrative and financial needs pre- and post-operatively. Prior to this, Rebekah worked as a Surgical Technician Manager for over 5 years, during which she oversaw clinical and administrative operations in hospital and outpatient settings in trauma, orthopedic, obstetric, plastic, and other surgical specialties. Rebekah is a certified Surgical Technician from Everest College.

Sharon is a native of Virginia and graduated from the College of William & Mary with a business degree. Her passion for serving others has been at the core of her career which has included retirement community management, law office administration, and small business ownership. She has always recognized that one of the most crucial elements to the success of a business is an emphasis on superior customer care. Sharon treasures her time spent with her husband and son, loves being outdoors, and volunteering with several organizations.

Shellie brings with her over five years of experience working in the PBM space, managing several clients, and building relationships that will be a valuable asset to our team. Her diversity of knowledge and positive attitude make her a wonderful addition to the PriceMDs family.

Dr. Sakla is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He graduated medical school in 2012 receiving his Osteopathic Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2015 at Largo Medical Center in Largo, FL. He is married and has two wonderful children. He has a passion for helping patients and bettering the lives of those he meets. He has been practicing both in person, and via telemedicine, to help as many people as possible.

Dr. Cohen is well-known as a thoughtful and caring physician. He completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University and medical school at New York University. He then completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Miami and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at New York University. For years he worked in a successful medical practice in South Florida where he was known for his warm and attentive patient care. After years in private practice, Dr. Cohen and his family decided to move overseas. He currently sees patients at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Israel.

Dr. Friedman completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He went on to earn his medical degree (MD) from the University of Maryland Medical School and he completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, and he is ABIM certified in Internal Medicine. He also successfully completed a fellowship in hematology oncology at the NIH/NCI/NHLBI. When not helping patients, Dr. Friedman enjoys spending time with his beautiful family including his wonderful wife and their five children.

Following graduation from Brandeis University, Dr. Miller attended medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. Wanting to gain a broad understanding of human health, Dr. Miller completed post graduate training in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA followed by fellowship training in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism also at Temple Hospital. Dr. Miller worked as an attending at Jefferson Health where he was known by his patients for his caring bedside manner and devoted patient care. In 2023 Dr. Miller and his family decided to move to Israel where he currently works as an endocrinologist. When not at work, Dr. Miller enjoys nature hikes, a long run, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Dr. Kaplan is an Emergency Physician with extensive experience in executive, concierge, and operational medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Indiana University and Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College. His Emergency Medicine residency program was completed at Augusta University in Augusta, GA. Dr. Kaplan has provided medical coverage for the Masters Tournament and several operations with the FBI. He served as a Paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces and is currently a Major in the US Army stationed in Germany. Dr. Kaplan is known his jovial personality and bedside manner. Outside of medicine, Dr. Kaplan enjoys traveling the world with his dog, Maple, and watching the true Star Wars episodes, I-VI.

Cayli Fowler serves as a Nurse Navigator with PriceMDs. Prior to joining PriceMDs, she worked at Medical City Dallas as an RN in the Medical ICU. Cayli also worked in several COVID-19 units, providing care to patients in critical condition due to the virus. She graduated with her BSN from Texas Woman’s University.

Prior to joining PriceMDs, Gabi worked as a Quality Assurance RN at Bluebird Homecare and a Labor & Delivery RN at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. During her roles, she helped women from different socioeconomic backgrounds get access to proper healthcare. She received her BS in Integrative Neuroscience at Binghamton University, and her BSN at New York University, Rory Meyers College of Nursing.

Leah Goldblatt was born and raised in Southern California and comes from a long line of healthcare professionals. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and continued to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Leah worked as a Trauma Nurse in major cities across the country from Downtown Los Angeles, to New York City. After working many years in Trauma and Emergency Medicine, she earned her Master’s degree in Public Health focusing on disaster preparedness and special pathogens.

Libby Fishkin serves as a Nurse Navigator with PriceMDs. Libby received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Stern College for Women before attending Pace University where she received her Nursing degree.

Lisa most recently worked as a Safety Specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she addressed safety and quality issues across the hospital. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Senior Analyst at MEDITECH, where she met with clients to facilitate EHR optimization. Lisa has acted as Director of Clinical Operations RN at Five Towns Neurology PC, where she facilitated patient care plans, and as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Surgery ICU at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she cared for perioperative patients. She studied at Columbia University School of Nursing to receive her BSN and at Queens College to receive her BA in Neuroscience and Psychology.

Micah Garber holds a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trinity Washington University where he focused on rural medical outreach. Prior to PriceMDs, Micah worked as the coordinator for the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Arusha Tanzania.

Moshe currently serves as a Nurse Navigator at PriceMDs. Prior to that, Moshe was a surgical nurse in New York. He was the charge nurse at Maimonides Medical Center where hundreds of surgeries were performed daily. Moshe also worked as a home care nurse where he monitored patients’ physical and mental care. Moshe attended Touro University, graduating as valedictorian in Nursing and Biology—First Job: Waiter in a fast-food restaurant in New York.—Favorite Activity: Swimming—Proudest moment: Receiving my passing nursing boards results the same day my daughter was born.

Naomi Schmulewitz was born and raised in St. Paul Minnesota. She attended the University of Minnesota School of Nursing where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center as a surgical step-down floor nurse and earned her position as a clinical nurse research coordinator in the pulmonology and epidemiology departments. Naomi currently works as a Nurse Navigator serving patients with PriceMDs.

Rachel works as a Nurse Navigator for PriceMDs. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York. Prior to working for PriceMDs, Rachel worked in the surgical unit at New York Presbyterian. She also has experience in primary care, pediatrics, and home care nursing.

Shaun Binyamin serves as a Nurse Navigator as well as an Account Manager with PriceMDs. Prior to joining PriceMDs, Shaun practiced as a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse on the Specialty Surgical Care Unit of a magnet status, level I trauma hospital in Phoenix, AZ.

Shoshana Wasserman serves as a Nurse Navigator at PriceMDs. Prior to joining PriceMDs, she worked at University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia as an RN. Her nursing background includes progressive care, palliative care, and labor & delivery.

Yuval Mei-Tal was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Services at the University of Delaware and continued to receive her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Duquesne University. She began her nursing career in Pittsburgh, where she was a nurse on an Adult Neuro Step Down unit. She continued her nursing career in NYC at New York Presbyterian, where she spent 3.5 years working on the pediatric step-down unit. Yuval currently works as a nurse navigator at PriceMDs.
