Through this second-opinion program, members meet via telehealth with U.S.-educated, U.S.-trained, and Board-Certified physicians, who review medical records and confirm prescriptions for the same medications patients already receive. After consultation, a 90-day supply is safely delivered to their home or office.

There’s no cost to join, nor are there sign-up, PEPM, or cancellation fees. Clients are only invoiced when a member participates in the SDRx program, which reduces costs by approximately 30%. PriceMDs provides an all-inclusive quote, locked in for one year and subject to review each April 1.

Yes, the medications are sourced from the same manufacturers that supply the U.S. market, and are sent by licensed pharmacists directly to your member’s doorstep.

Members must possess a Real ID or U.S. passport.

A dedicated PriceMDs nurse will walk the member through the program. The member just signs a HIPAA release form and provides a Real ID. The nurse will assist them with the Telehealth conference and update them on the delivery of their medication.

The member will receive a 90-day supply of their medication with each shipment in about 30 days or less after telehealth consultation. Their dedicated PriceMDs RN will monitor the shipment closely and follow up with the member after the shipment arrives.

The PriceMDs RN tracks each fill and contacts members approximately 60 days before it is time for their next treatment. Just like the initial fill, the dedicated PriceMDs RN will assist the member every step of the way.

Yes, cold chain (refrigerated) shipping is our specialty. From ambient room temperatures, to controlled room temperatures (20°C to 25°C), to refrigerated (2°C to 8°C), all medication shipments arrive to facilities and shipping hubs that provide temperature control. All pharmaceutical packages ship via FedEx Express or DHL Global Express and are tracked and monitored to ensure the least amount of time in transit, while allowing for clearances by CBP, FDA, and USDA.
